Shipping and Handling
We offer 4 types of shipping:
Next Business Day (Once product ships it takes one business day to arrive.
If product is on backorder you will be notified of shipping date.
2 Business days (Once product ships it takes two business days to arrive.
If product is on backorder you will be notified of shipping date.
3 Business Days (Once product ships it takes three business days to arrive.
If product is on backorder you will be notified of shipping date
4-6 Business Days (Once product ships it takes 4-6 business days to arrive.
If product is on backorder you will be notified of shipping date
Some products may take a day to process then be shipped. Certain items ordered after 5pm EST on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday. AAA Pilot Supplies interchangebly uses UPS and Fedex for shipping at our discretion.
Returns:
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Returns must be made within 30 days. All returns must be in brand new resell able shape and look like it did when it arrived to you. If the product looks worn, dirty or used it may not be accepted as a return. If a product is returned because of a problem with an item we will pick up the return shipping and send you the new product without additional shipping charges. If an item is returned through no fault of our own, you will pay for the return shipping and the original shipping is not refunded. Such items must be in resell able condition. If you return an Item and it is not in exactly the same condition we sent it to you we will not refund your money and you will pay the shipping to have the product returned to you. If tags are removed from apparel and luggage the product is not returnable. There is no return on items that are embroidered or monogrammed
Back Orders: Occasionally certain items may be on back order. If this is the case, you will be notified by email and told of the expected ship date. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped and you will be able to cancel the order (by email or phone) up until the time the product is shipped.
